How Calories Are Burned in a Crossfit Workout of the Day (WOD)

I have been tracking my calorie burn when doing Crossfit WOD for 3 weeks. My average burn during the 45 to 60 minute time frame is 270 Kcal.


What is interesting is not just what you burn during the workout, but what your body burns following the workout. Over the next few days I will be updating my burn during the workout and 9 hours after the workout minus the time it takes for a shower.
