I have never done CrossFit on a Saturday, but the gym does their own workout (not the HQ workout). It was tough. I burned a lot of calories this morning. In about an hour I burned 450 kcal.
Today we did CrossFit Horse.

I had Kashi Heart-to-Heart with almond milk for breakfast. I took the Jack 3d supplement today. Plenty of water during the workout of course.
After the workout I ate an egg sandwich.
