Today, I am resting my body. It is important to give your body time to recover. CrossFit is a very intense workout and between that and running, my muscles definitely can use some R&R.
For good measure, I am monitoring calorie burn today. The idea is to get as many data points as possible.
I started wearing the waistband at about 9:45am so I will have it on until about 7:45pm.
At 4:10pm, burned 1420kcal
At 7:45pm (10 hours) burned 1954kcal (195kcal per hour)
