Day 4 - Crossfit WOD

Today's workout:
Seven rounds of:
35 Double-unders
1 Snatch

I did this in 13:10 with total weight 434 (62 lb per snatch).At the end of this I burned 290kcal.
Post WOD was deadlifts
5 rounds 5 reps @ 50% (85 lbs)
5 rounds 3 reps @ 70% (135 lbs)
5 rounds 1 reps @ 90% (185 lbs Failed)

After this which 15 min later, I burned 450kcal. (11:30am)

After 10 hours I only burned 2456kcal.

What did I eat before and after?
I woke up late so I skipped breakfast. Bad move because I could tell I was running out of fuel.  I did drink some water mixed with Jack3d.  Wonder if this changes calorie burn and how much it improves the workout?  Maybe I will do 1 of of Jack 3d next week in bootcamp to compare.
For lunch I had tuna and crackers.
