Today I decided to sign up for the Paleo challenge at the gym. I am a week late, so I have to really hit the ground running. Wish me luck!
What is the Paleo diet?
This diet is based on the types of foods that people at prior to the Agricultural revolution (about 10,000 years ago), when everyone was a hunter and gatherer, thus the name Paleo (Paleolithic). As a result, meals were based on meat and vegetables. Some other names for this diet is the caveman diet, the hunter-gatherer diet, or the stone age diet.
