Today I decided to take it easy and do a run on the treadmill. I have a 10k and a half marathon to prepare for in the coming months, so I need to get my runs in when I can.
I did a slow 3 miles today at about 33 minutes. I burned 367kcal in that 33 minute jog. I started at about noon today.
At 2pm - 787kcal burned
After 10 hours - 1763kcal burned
