A healthy, fit woman with average to slightly above-average athleticism. I have worked out all my life, I have run at least 1 half marathon a year, and I workout at least 2-3 times per week. I recently started CrossFit, and I have been monitoring my caloric burn. This blog will track and compare the caloric burn between Crossfit, bootcamp, running, resting, and weight-lifting.
