A healthy, fit woman with average to slightly above-average athleticism. I have worked out all my life, I have run at least 1 half marathon a year, and I workout at least 2-3 times per week. I recently started CrossFit, and I have been monitoring my caloric burn. This blog will track and compare the caloric burn between Crossfit, bootcamp, running, resting, and weight-lifting. Day 22 - crossfit WoD
My monitor is broken :(
But here's what I did.
Day 21 - Jogging
Did 3.3 miles today at about 11am.
Burned 437kcal in 35 minutes.
After 10 hours I burned 2684kcal.
My waist belt works but it has gotten loose, so I have to wear a fitted shirt for it to accurately capture my heart rate. I still plan to buy a new one.
